Dr. Louis V. Greer
Foot and Ankle Specialist
Dr. Louis Vernon Greer is a Foot and Ankle Specialist who has been practicing for over 22 years. He graduated with honors from Ohio College Of Podiatric Medicine in 1996 and completed his Podiatric medical and surgical residency training at Lebanon VAMC Podiatry Residency. Â Dr. Greer then proceeded to complete a fellowship specializing in Wound Care. In addition to English, Dr. Greer is fluent in Spanish. He is affiliated with Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital. Dr. Greer is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. In addition to office appointments, Dr. Greer is also providing care to several nursing homes in the Harrisburg area.
Dr. Kimberly Nguyen
Foot and Ankle Specialist
Dr. Kimberly Nguyen is a Foot and Ankle Specialist who completed her Podiatric education at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in 2010. Â She then completed her Podiatric medical and surgical residency training at University Hospitals Richmond Medical Center in Cleveland Ohio. Dr. Nguyen is bilingual, speaking both English and Vietnamese. Â She will be affiliated with Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital in the fall of 2018. Dr. Nguyen is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. In addition to office appointments, Dr. Nguyen is also providing care to several nursing homes in the Harrisburg area and House calls in the Harrisburg area for bed bound and home bound patients.

As foot and ankle specialists we treat any problem pertaining to the foot and ankle including but not limited to; foot pain, bunion deformity, hammertoe deformity, neuroma pain plantar fasciitis/heel pain, ingrown toenails, foot/ankle fractures, ankle sprains, swelling, flat foot, club foot, Diabetic foot exams/checks, toenail care, Diabetic neuropathy, and wound care of the foot, ankle and leg. Some of the services that we offer are whirlpool therapy, custom orthotics, Diabetic custom shoes, Custom molded shoes, surgery, and injections.

Office Manager
Kendra has been with Advanced Podiatry for over 12 years and is well versed in many aspects of our office. Kendra graduated from Kaplan Career Institute in 2009 with a certification in Medical Assisting. She manages the office as well as performing the billing, insurance checking and scheduling our patients.
Destini M. Madden
Head Medical Assistant
Destini has been with Advanced Podiatry for over 6 months and is well versed in many aspects of our office. Destini graduated from Brightwood Career Institute in 2018 with a certification in Medical Assisting. She is in charge of prior authorizations as well as all surgical scheduling.
